Senior C# ASP.NET developer to join a Tier 1 Investment Bank for their Front Office. This Investment Bank serves governments, corporations, institutions and individuals world-wide on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. They also trade in Equities, and Fixed Income sales, securities research, private client services, derivatives, foreign exchange and futures sales and trading, asset management and custody services. Headquartered in New York City and based Canary Wharf with 1100 staff. The ideal candidate will come from a Front Office environment looking to further his/her development career. Front Office role is in the structured products area developing a structured product trading system to trade through distributors and exchanges in EU. The ability to work Front Office and have a proven background in C# ASP.NET Development is essential. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge in Windows. Any Bloomberg or Reuters experience is would be preferred. You will be responsible for Front End trading systems and have direct exposure to working with traders. You will also have direct exposure to cross asset classes. Unlike other Front Office roles you will actually gain intensive knowledge of asset classes and how they work and what they do.
