(IT) Billing Operations Analyst

There is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's largest 3G mobile Operator as a Billing Operations Analyst, based at offices in Berkshire, on a permanent shift rotation basis of 5 days on 5 days off (including weekends). The key objective of the post is to use Singl.eView, SQL, Business Objects, all Peoplesoft and all Microsoft applications to perform daily Quality Assurance and production Bill Cycles. You will also be responsible for: Performing daily SQL scripts for non DD charged customers. Raising Remedy tickets for the Operations team to perform/run various script/dialogue requests. Managing and monitoring the retail billing schedule to ensure invoices are generated in a timely fashion. Performing bill verifications to ensure accuracy of billed data. Analyse verification data and take appropriate action. Managing and monitoring the batch rating process to ensure timely and accurate processing of all event records. Analysis and re-processing of failed events to maximize billable/billed revenue. Liaising with the print vendors to review/agree any schedule changes. Generating the production (daily/weekly/monthly) billing reports. Generating and dispatching automated Oracle accounts receivable invoices. Inputting and generating manual Oracle (wholesale) invoices/credit notes/statements You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be a good team player.
